The Stanford CHOICE Industry Affiliate Program provides a structured framework for companies to collaborate with faculty and advance endoscopic innovation.
Industrial Affiliate Program membership provides unrestricted support for CHOICE’s research, education, and administrative activities while offering companies valuable access to Stanford’s expertise, facilities, and talent.

Affiliate Program members may provide additional funding. All research results arising from the use of the additional funding will be shared with all program members and the general public. Affiliate Program members may request the additional funding be used to support a particular area of program research identified on the program’s website, or the program research of a named faculty member, as long as the faculty is identified on the program website as participating in the Affiliate Program. In either instance, the director of the Affiliate Program will determine how the additional funding will be used in the program’s research.
The site presentations and all information, data and results arising from such visitation interactions will be shared with all members and the public.
Program Requirements
Member companies provide annual membership fees with an expected three-year commitment. All memberships are subject to Stanford University Policies for Industry Affiliate Programs. CHOICE Industrial Affiliate Program Board
Strategic and Principal member companies are invited to join the Stanford CHOICE Corporate Affiliate Board, which provides strategic guidance on research priorities, training needs, and technology trends. Board members help shape the direction of CHOICE’s programs while gaining insight into emerging developments from Stanford’s research community.
