Stanford CHOICE is a multidisciplinary center dedicated to accelerating the development, evaluation, and adoption of transformative endoscopic technologies and techniques. Founded on the biodesign principles of need-driven innovation, we identify unmet clinical needs in endoscopic care and translate them into safe, effective, and accessible solutions.

Under the co-directorship of Professors Naohisa Yahagi MD PhD and Shai Friedland MD, CHOICE serves as a trusted global hub where procedural expertise is conceived, validated, and disseminated — elevating patient care worldwide.
