Stanford CHOICE is committed to advancing the art and science of endoscopic education. We develop and deliver innovative training programs that combine hands-on experience with cutting-edge simulation, mentorship, and competency-based assessment to prepare the next generation of endoscopists and innovators.

Training Programs

Hands-On Workshops

Intensive, small-group workshops led by world-renowned endoscopists providing hands-on training in advanced techniques including ERCP, EUS, ESD, POEM, and other third-space endoscopy procedures. Workshops utilize ex-vivo and simulation models to provide a safe, structured learning environment.

Visiting Scholar Program

CHOICE offers structured opportunities for visiting scholars and engineers from around the world to embed within our laboratories and clinical programs for extended training and collaborative research. Visiting scholars gain access to Stanford’s facilities, mentorship from CHOICE faculty, and opportunities to participate in active research projects.

Seminars & Lecture Series

CHOICE plans to host a seminar series featuring invited speakers from across the fields of endoscopy, medical device innovation, engineering, and health policy. These seminars will be open to the Stanford community and CHOICE member companies.
